This document defines the Terracotta 'End of Support' Policy

Normal operating procedure for the Terracotta support team is to provide support for the two most recent major software releases - the current release and previous two releases (where applicable). Specific release exceptions are noted below.

Individual customer contractual support terms and conditions may vary.

For embedded usage in other Software AG product (such as webMethods) - please refer to the support terms for that product. 

A major software release can be identified as one position to the right or left of the decimal, such as 3.5 or 2.4, which indicates an update of the product. Minor updates, patches and maintenance releases are indicated by the position two places to the right of the decimal, such as 3.5.2 or 2.4.3

The supported version is the latest minor version of the given major release. See http://www.terracotta.org/confluence/display/release/Home for the latest release list.
